Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Customer Care team within 30 days of your delivery date to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused or gently used products in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the provided prepaid label to ensure your return is tracked and processed efficiently.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
